You're experiencing severe issues with the 4080 in your games, especially with COD and other titles. It seems the problem might be related to overheating or unstable performance. I've reviewed some benchmark results from COD and UserBenchmark, but further troubleshooting may be needed. Consider checking cooling solutions or updating drivers.

My processor isn't running smoothly. I see improved performance on an older 3900X model.

I thought it might be that way. The main issue is that I’m not familiar with any fixes or solutions.

Checking the issue starts with understanding what's happening. Run tests like Cinebench R23 to see both single and multi-core performance.

Verify it isn't thermal throttling. What type of RAM are you using? Is DOCP active and is the performance matching the clock frequency? Are your RAM and processor operating consistently?

Restart the CPU and reinstall the CPU cooler. Please mention the cooler model you're using—ideally a NH-D15S, with a 360 or 420mm AIO being ideal.

I've just completed the Cinebench testing. I'm still figuring out the details. Thanks for your patience.

I'm honestly a bit uncertain about all these terms, but I do have a DDR Corsair 3600 MHz setup. My RAM and CPU seem to handle things well, especially during games (checked in Task Manager).

You have a NZXT Kraken Z73 with a 360mm case. It looks like it should work well. Your performance is around 60 degrees when idle and about 70 during intense gaming sessions.
