Poor performance when booting or playing games on Windows 10.
You're experiencing a slow startup with Windows 10, seeing the motherboard logo first, then a blank screen for about half a minute, followed by login and finally your desktop. This isn't unusual after an upgrade. The long boot times could be due to driver issues or hardware conflicts. Running games often worsens the problem, especially if they require high performance. Your specs (i7 5775c, dual R9 380, 4GB RAM) are solid, but ensure your drivers are fully updated and compatible with Windows 10.
It may take some time for drivers to be fully adjusted, so be prepared to wait a bit
He’s facing very long startup times. He’s impatient and doesn’t grasp the situation, so he tried an older version—hoping it would feel faster on a solid-state drive. Still, I’m looking forward to it!

It is, but sadly not a very good overclocker, it runs at 1.384v, and if I'd like 4.3 stable, it requires an even higher 1.480v. Anything less gives me errors.
wooohH!!! you'll burst it...it's a 14nm process node it will not handle voltages ''better than haswell'' in fact it's exactly the opposite everytime they shrink the process node the chip use less and less voltages and can also systain MUCH less voltage abuse...1.3v is the max you want to go on these i think. ...and no to this as well...4.2ghz on these equals about 4.4ghz on haswell based processor.
