Poor performance on Black Ops Cold War
My initial thoughts about the game aren't coming through well. I've been experiencing poor FPS and haven't managed to identify the cause. I've tried searching for solutions but haven't found anything useful. I own a 2070 super with an i7-6700k, and I'm struggling to reach above 60 FPS on medium or low settings at 1080p. My GPU usage is consistently between 10% to 15%. Many people seem to be facing the same issue. If anyone has any advice or a fix, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

What are the CPU details for each core and thread? I’ve heard this game is very demanding on the CPU. I understand Modern Warfare can efficiently utilize 12 threads on a 3700x, but I haven’t tested Black Ops yet. What are the complete system specifications?
The same issue occurs with me too—receiving 120 fps at medium to low settings in Modern Warfare, while maintaining a consistent 60 fps on Cold War even at the lowest settings. It’s unclear what might be causing this inconsistency.
I'm having the same problem, but is not with FPS, is like not matter if the game keeps steadily on 100-110fps range (no fps drops), the game feels really bad, like tearing and Stuttering i cant play 3 minutes without having a headache.
Modern Warfare MP and Warzone are playing like it should.
