We don’t have a clear indication of the frame rate without pressing F3. It doesn’t confirm whether you’re on the newest Minecraft 1.8 or the latest Java 1.8 64bit version.

Verify your MSI Afterburner settings for the FPS limiter. If you're using RivaTuner, ensure it's checked as well.

Ensure Java is 64-bit, disable VSync, enable Max Frame Rate, then test again. Note: Verify your Java version first or fully shut down MSI Afterburner before checking.

Do you have sufficient memory? Review RAM distribution for Java. Observe your *single-core* processor load. Keep in mind VSync limits your frames per second to the monitor's refresh rate; turn it off and test. Please write this clearly in future posts. It’s hard to track what you have or haven’t done when explained verbally. Ideally, avoid using all GPU power as it increases energy consumption, heat generation, and reduces device life.
