I often clean my hard drive and reinstall Windows because it tends to become unstable and slow no matter what I do. The search function stops, some applications stop working completely, loading times increase, and my game performance drops. Do you have any suggestions on why this happens? After reinstalling Windows and updating all drivers, I usually reach a 250 FPS limit in Rocket League about half the time, and it rarely goes below 200. I seldom exceed 200, and frames often drop, usually 5 to 10 times per match. Rocket League isn’t very demanding, and CS:GO is also facing the same issue.
