So I'm in a very frustrating situation regarding my PC. For the most part my PC provides less than ideal gaming performance which I just assume is normal given my specs but there are times when it just works great for some reason with high GPU usage and smooth and stable framerates. I tried EVERYTHING I know about fixing these types of problems but I can't seem find what is the causing this issue. I would list all the things I tried but there is a 40000 word limit on text posts so I can't. But to list some: I tried a clean Windows install, clean driver install (Both GPU and Chipset), I tried turning on-off Game Mode and Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, examined the task manager to see if there is something that is hogging resources. While troubleshooting I used the same Cyberpunk save file to benchmark my performance but this problem exists in all games where GPU usage just drops and my FPS drops and becomes unstable. [Good Performance](https://i.imgur.com/Q1YctTY.png) [Bad Performance](https://i.imgur.com/DHpUetI.png) While the performance difference seems minor at just 11 FPS but the first screenshot is much more stable compared to the second one where just turning around drops the fps to 50s while in the first screenshot the 80 fps generally stays even when I turn around. Weirdest part is there there isn't a single thing that I changed between the screenshots. It just randomly runs good and bad. **My hair is going gray at my young age because of this problem, I don't know what causes it and I don't know how to fix it. I've included some of the things I tried so please tell me if you think there is something I can do to fix this problem. At this point I'm willing to try anything. I just wanna play some games.** Specs and other info: Ryzen 5 2600 4.0 GHz OC [Tried without OC no difference] Gigabyte B450m S2H [Latest BIOS] Corsair 2x8 GB 3000 MHz LPX [XMP enabled] Zotac RTX 2060 Twinfan [No OC, just a fan speed limit at %60 and OFC I tried with default fan settings, I also tried undervolting which still didn't fix it] Windows 11 [Tried Windows 10 as well, same problem] TPM and SVM disabled. [Problem is still there with these enabled]

Isn't it possible we're just dealing with a background program? I don't see any reason to stress over it.

However, it's not only Cyberpunk; most games I've played face similar problems.
