My specs are FX 8320 4.2ghz OC 16gb 2240 mhz ram. MSI GAMING RX 580 8GB. Problem is that I get 20 FPS with bad frametime. the game runs fine 5 mins after getting into the map and GPU was 100% utilized and CPU was 60% utilized, 100FPS on ultra settings. suddenly GPU and CPU run 30% for both and I get the same 20 FPS. at first I had 8gb so I suspected that I needed to upgrade the ram. I bought another 8 gb ram "total 16gb" then overclocked it, same issue. Based on the videos I saw, people get good fps on the same processor and gpu even without overclock and 8gb of ram, idk why the utilization on both GPU and CPU drops when I get into the map. my system is way above the minimum specs for the game. maybe an optimization problem? idk. anyone got any idea?

I don't have personal experiences, but I can tell you about typical temperatures during gaming sessions.

cpu operates best at around 47°C; it slows down when exceeding that. i'm using a hyper 212 evo with nt-h1 thermal paste. the gpu handles temperatures up to 61°C.

CPU performance remains consistent during 2 hours of PRIME95 runtime. No overclocking occurs. The system runs smoothly with a 750-watt 80+ bronze power supply. No game-related problems have been encountered.
