Poor frame rates despite a capable computer.
I believe I possess a reasonably functional computer, although my frame rate is noticeably low. The reason for this remains unclear to me.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 running at 3.00 GHz
RAM: 8 GB of DDR3 memory operating at 552 MHz
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 280 with 3 GB of video memory
Motherboard: ASRock G41MH/USB3
