I acknowledge the phrasing may be open to understanding, but it clearly highlights its importance for Windows functionality. This suggests it relates more to system checks, troubleshooting, and reporting rather than personal information.

It won't be possible, individuals will accept whatever they wish and use any name they prefer because they don’t agree. Their naive thinking shows no room for logic to win. The privacy policy is straightforward, there’s no proof backing up the claims—private information is being recorded—and only forums focused on children are discussing this (not tech experts, business IT advisors, or government shifts to Linux). This suggests only those with reasoned views grasp what’s occurring. It’s also noteworthy that more people assert understanding of the collected data while fewer actually read the policy. This implies some are accepting information online without checking the source.

Diagnostic information might be unclear and could feel intrusive. Individuals often dislike when systems gain access to personal data simply because they're phrased differently or lack full context. Examples like Cortana reading emails or checking calendars are uncomfortable unless you specifically consent.

Thank you! It wasn't easy to put into words, but I got it right.

Cortana has stored my business data far more often than I’d like to admit, mainly because she reads my emails. I’ll give Microsoft any number of jokes and funny images they’d love as a thank you for that.
