hello, my friend got a dell optiplex 700 model and wanted to reset it. we did it and it worked for a day, then it started showing a blue screen. after that, it would freeze and restart with a black screen and a blinking underscore in the top left corner. i tried different hard drives and cleared the cmos, but nothing seems to work. it’s just an i5 with 16 gigs of ram and a gt1030. what could I be doing wrong?
