These are the top two options for high-performance x86 processors. Many other manufacturers exist if you're not focused on x86 or speed, such as Apple, Qualcomm, Samsung, IBM, NVIDIA, Mediatek, and more.

This could likely run on a consumer desktop using X86. The only part lacking a license is VIA.
