@SaladFingers The issues existed prior to the overclock, yet the overclocking occurred before I reformatted my system, meaning it should return to its original stock clock. The opening of Wolfenstein is a slideshow, displaying only a handful of images in the Bethesda animation before transitioning to the ID Soft logo. It runs very poorly overall. I've attempted updates and downgrades without success.

I attempted to launch Afterburner with Wolfenstein, but it doesn’t appear in-game despite assigning the key to CTRL + 1 on the numpad. Is there anything incorrect about my setup?

Check the graphs carefully. Inform MSI Afterburner to record FPS data too. Move your cursor along the chart to spot any significant drops in FPS, such as a slowed core clock. Feel free to take screenshots and share them in this thread—we could discover something you missed. Good luck!

It seems the HDD is likely causing the stuttering issue, as your SSD doesn’t have the same problem. The slower speed of the HDD might be contributing to the performance drop.

Landser Temps and boost clocks are acceptable, but GPU utilization remains limited. Is the frame rate unrestricted? For using the OSD in Wolfenstein, verify Vector 2D settings within RTSS configuration. (Probably resolves the issue, uncertain)

The frame rate stays high without limits. It's strange how everyone else has smooth performance with Wolfenstein, but mine stays steady at 60 fps. I plan to test your advice this evening and share the outcomes here.

I’d test the card to verify it’s functioning well and unlock its full capabilities.

I've already tried various benchmarks using 3D mark, and the different ones in MSI Kombuster. Some Kombuster tests performed poorly, while others showed great results.

Disable the HDD, launch the game. Switch to another PSU, and initiate the RMA for your GPU. If they lack a 780 Ti in stock, they’ll offer a superior alternative!
