I’m not sure what’s going wrong with my PC. Before this problem, I had a bad Windows installation that caused a kernel 41 issue. Recently, I’ve started experiencing another problem where games freeze and crash randomly—sometimes within the first five seconds or after about two hours. My temperatures stayed below 75°C, so that shouldn’t be a major concern. Can someone assist me?

CPU-i9 13900k cooling setup
How is your processor being cooled?
Motherboard - tuf gaming z790 wifi plus
Which BIOS version is installed on your motherboard?
Do you have a 32 GB DDR5 RAM kit for your build?
The power supply unit is 750W, 80+ Gold rated, made by Montech
Montech refers to the PSU brand; the 750W and 80+ Gold indicate the advertised power consumption and efficiency. Could you share the model number of the unit? If it’s from a previous build or still in use, let me know its age.
Recently I encountered a problem where games would freeze or crash intermittently
By crash, do you mean game freezes or system shutdowns?
What driver version are you using for your GPU?

My bios version is 1662
I own a 2-fan air cooler, a RAM kit, and the PSU is an Alpha Gold 750i. I couldn't find a link for it but it's been in use for about two years. By crash, it means my game freezes and then closes—this happens more often with certain games, sometimes instantly and other times after hours. I'm up to date on my GPU drivers (576.52).

This appears to be a concern about CPU wear-out problems in Intel 13/14 generation CPUs. I recommend returning the item through Intel's RMA process and updating the BIOS to the most recent release to prevent recurrence with newer CPUs. Ensure you use the correct motherboard link and download the latest BIOS version, specifically version 1820, then initiate the update.

Is your PC a prebuilt? Since Montech Alpha Gold 750 PSU [XWYA09-750W] isn't available for individual sale (
source
). Hence why no official info about it on the brand site as well. But it comes with prebuilt PCs.
With no official specs and review, we don't know if your PSU is good quality or crap quality. Montech does have few good PSUs (Titan series), but bulk of their PSUs are low/crap quality.
Kernel Event ID41 is power delivery error.
Either high CPU/GPU temps or bad PSU. Rarely MoBo VRMs or main electricity grid issue.
Among other things, can also be due to high ripple produced by your PSU. Since high ripple in power delivery causes system instability, especially when you have OCd CPU/GPU.
Since your PSU quality can not be confirmed, it is best to assume you have crap quality PSU. (PSU is guilty until proven innocent.)
With this, i suggest that you replace your PSU with known good/great quality PSU.
Good PSUs to go for, are: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium.
Or if you want the latest ATX 3.x PSU, then:
https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-at...busters/3/
750W unit does fine.
(My 3x PCs are also powered by Seasonic. I have 2x PRIME TX-650 units and one Focus PX-550 unit. Full specs with pics in my sig.)
