I'll keep an eye on it! This friend is quite clever, so swapping them shouldn't be too hard, thankfully there are no issues so far.

Frustrating. Difficult to maintain focus because you don't need to check the board every five minutes. However, since changing caps might affect sound quality, it adds an unexpected decision - and if it doesn't meet expectations or fails, it's not great. So avoid altering caps unless necessary. Clean the flux, set leaky caps aside. The board will signal any issues.

None of the markings on your board appear to be swollen. This might just be due to the photo angle. Also, there is 100% leftover flux at the bottom of the board. Sometimes flux can remain in small spaces near parts that get hot enough during PC operation, allowing it to move again by gravity and capillary forces. The PCB on a motherboard can become quite warm during use, which contributes to this issue.
