Did any pins get damaged in the CPU? You haven’t removed the processor for nearly two years and everything seems normal. The cooling system has consistently maintained optimal temperatures.

I’m trying to install both the mobile and RAM modules if it works, because those parts usually cause problems in builds.

Consider your recent purchase and whether you've handled any returns or exchanges before. Think about the product's condition and if there are any warranty or return policies you should be aware of.

I don’t purchase new, so I have no idea, but I’m sure someone else can share advice on RMA.

The return is covered under warranty; check if the components retain their warranty validity.

You reach out to the seller or business first, then follow their return steps. If the warranty ends, it should be inexpensive, though you're unsure about shipping costs.

It looks like you already have a warranty, so I'll forward it later this week. Appreciate your assistance; unfortunately, I wasn't able to fix it.

Consider using a metal object on the CLRTC pins to clear the CMOS. You don’t need a kitchen knife—just a small metal tool should work. Make sure you handle it carefully and follow proper steps.
