When I power on my PC, the red debug LED lights up. After holding the power button and turning it off, then pressing it again, it functions. Sometimes I need to switch it on and off multiple times, or it may not work at all. I've checked reseating the CPU, GPU, RAM, and HDD—everything worked for about three weeks before the LED returned. Now it's always on whenever I turn it on. Could you assist? My system specs are: i7-13700F (no overclocking), DDR4 32GB 3200Mhz Corsair (QVL approved from MSI motherboard), XMP disabled, MSI Z790-P Wifi DDR4 cooler Master Hyper 212 Black RX6700XT, Asus Dual 1TB Crucial P3 8TB Seagate Barracuda 650W PSU, BX1 80+ Bronze by Thermaltake, Corsair 4000D Airflow Live.

Start by checking for a BIOS update. If that fails, turn off fast boot. Some BIOS versions don’t reboot well, which might mean you’re using one of them. Disabling fast boot can help, as can disabling fast boot in Windows too. Similar problems have been reported with fast boot settings.
