Need this resolved quickly for a funeral. The laptop runs Windows 7, and you’re unsure how to reinstall it manually or install Windows 10 with a valid key. There’s no straightforward "reset" option—you’d need a recovery disk to restore Windows that way. Unfortunately, I can’t download the Windows 7 ISO files because of this error: http://prntscr.com/fms8wf

Sounds like you're in a tough spot unless someone provides the Windows 7 ISO. Otherwise, you might want to purchase a physical disc.
