I just completed the setup and tried to connect without an external antenna, but my motherboard (B450A-M Pro Max) doesn’t support it. How can I enable Wi-Fi wirelessly?

This motherboard lacks built-in Wi-Fi. The only options are connecting via Ethernet cable or using a Wi-Fi adapter.

The device lacks Wi-Fi connectivity. I suggest purchasing a PCIe Wi-Fi card for around £20-30. An example is this one: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/kz8j...r-aa528899

According to those mentioned earlier, the board lacks Wi-Fi functionality. You can either use a PCIe Wi-Fi card or a Wi-Fi USB dongle. Personally, unless you require a specific feature or configuration only available with a PCIe card, a Wi-Fi USB dongle is affordable, straightforward, and sufficient.

No wireless module is installed on the device. You should purchase a PCIe or USB WiFi card.

No, that's not the case. With a GPU, fitting a PCIe card on the motherboard is already tough. If you need WiFi, you'll likely end up using a poor USB adapter or connecting directly via cable.

I thought WiFi 5 offered good value and speed for most homes in the UK. Does this situation now differ? I hadn’t realized it could become an issue.
