I would not... sorry.
The 92mm fans will become noisy when they start spinning under load.
I would prefer a cooler with a 120mm fan if possible.
If you have 160mm space for a cooler, I recommend the $35 scythe kotetsu.
It matches the performance of noctua NH-U12s.

If you only have 145mm height, the similarly priced cryorig H7 is great.

Although it might be about the same dimensions as the Noctua NH-D9L, the fans from Noctua are significantly better than those found on generic eBay listings. The additional cables, universal mounting options, and superior build quality make it worth considering. Yes, the price may be higher, but it reflects the quality inside.
Based on your request, I recommend purchasing it.
However, if you were to ask for my genuine opinion, I would advise against it. Many boards with AM3 processors have poor VRM cooling, and those fans offer little benefit. You might consider a high-quality blowdown fan instead. The reason AMD uses Wraith coolers is because they effectively push a lot of air down. This is just my experience. I had a tower cooler and replaced it with a Wraith—it performs significantly better.
