Hello! I've never overclocked a CPU or GPU before. I chose to overclock the CPU, so do I need a particular motherboard? Which one would be best? Will the Deepcool Lucifer K2 be sufficient, or should I upgrade to something like the Arctic Freezer 13 or Thermaltake Frio Silent 14—those are in a nearby country and might be difficult for me to obtain? Should I go with more than 8GB of RAM, that seems like an unnecessary question, but I just want to be sure. Also, are there any other details I should know about? Thanks! I should have mentioned that I'm still building my rig, so I haven't purchased a motherboard or CPU cooler yet, and the same applies to the CPU.

Overclocking needs a particular motherboard, but without knowing your CPU model, it's hard to be more precise.
The amount of RAM doesn't matter much; what matters is speed, since you might also want to boost RAM performance.
Regarding cooling, it depends on how aggressively you plan to overclock. The higher the target, the better the cooling system should be.

Let's review the details.
What is your budget?
What are your goals for using the system?
Some CPUs can be overclocked, which may need specific motherboards and high-quality power supplies.

Budget: 500$
Mainly spending on games: WoW, Diablo, CS:GO
Edit: The GPU isn't listed in the price list; I'm constructing my rig around it, using a GTX 1060.
