I received a development kit for the PlayStation 2, but it's completely empty. No installation left. I searched many websites but couldn't find anything. I'm really glad to have a system working again. Please help me only with the system ISO, no extra stuff.

I’m not certain if you’ll ever locate the original installer for the PS2 TOOL (DevKit) OS. However, the PS2 TOOL is essentially a standard x86 computer, so you can freely install any software you wish. It’s likely the TOOL was running an older version of Red Hat Linux (version 5.2). You could retrieve a previous copy and install it normally, or opt for a newer Linux distribution instead, though performance might be affected due to the use of older Pentium 3 processors. If you choose the older Red Hat 5.2 version, it should function properly, but you might miss some built-in software unless someone who owns a TOOL provides an image of their system drive for cloning.

Thanks for reaching out. I was expecting to start building a retro PC or attempt to recover the remaining hard drive. I noticed there are 3 or 4 PCI slots with empty spaces, and I tried to check them out.
