I assume all the impacted games are multiplayer titles (clearly CSGO and Battlefield count). I think the 2% packet loss might be the main issue. Start by inspecting your network cables—use quality, shielded ones to avoid interference from devices like TVs. Ensure there are no visible damage such as exposed wires, bends, or kinks. Verify the cable bend radius meets standards; tight bends can disrupt signals. Once everything seems fine, run tests between local machines to detect packet loss. If it persists, try swapping components like the motherboard, network card, or cables to isolate the problem. If none of these steps help, the issue may lie with your ISP or the connection point, in which case you might need to switch providers or cables.

My research shows most games support multiplayer, with only about 2% being average. I also tested another internet service through my phone, but the problem persisted. It seems the update to Windows 11 worked without issues on Windows 10.

Have you encountered any unusual problems with third-party tools like antivirus software? Consider turning them off or adding exceptions. Test a single-player game to see if the issue continues. Also review your TLS configurations. For deeper troubleshooting, use Wireshark to inspect network traffic. Disable Xbox DVR overlays if needed. If nothing works, back up your data and perform a fresh installation of Windows 11.
