I was playing Watch Dogs today and noticed my CPU usage consistently hit 100% most of the time while running it. I'm using a mix of an Athlon 750k and a R9 270x. Recently, I played Titanfall for about 48 hours thanks to Origin, and my CPU load stayed around half or lower. I can handle high settings without noticeable drops in frame rate, though medium or high settings on Watch Dogs are the only ones that stay stable. It seems like optimization is lacking. I might think about buying Titanfall for its smooth performance. Also, COD: Ghosts is arguably the least optimized game for PC ever.

Check the system specs for Watch Dogs and Titanfall. They both demand high performance from your processor.

Titanfall uses the same engine as Half Life 2 or CS GO (with some changes). This means it needs very little power to run. I heard Watch Dogs needs a strong CPU and athletes aren't seen as powerful, but I played BO2 with an X2 265 and it performed poorly. Ghost also struggled, though FX 8320 helped it run better. Overall, the setup wasn't fully optimized.
