I'm struggling to maintain 60 frames per second; the stuttering is really bad. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Turning off gameworks and sli hasn't helped.

Watch_Dogs 2 showed noticeable improvement, though it falls short compared to the original title. In the first game, I could sustain 60 frames per second even with minor stuttering, which wasn't too severe.
