Hey there. I noticed you're having stuttering in Minecraft alone, even with high FPS and a solid build. You bought your first PC last year but sold it because of the issue. Now you're upgrading again, yet it keeps stuttering. Your current setup includes an Intel i5 12600KF, ASUS B660M-A motherboard, 32GB RAM, Kingston 3200MHZ CL16 SSD, P3 Plus, RTX 3060, and a good PSU. The case is MSI MAG 112R. What might be causing this?

Your system is powerful enough for Minecraft; let's check other issues. Are your drivers current? Is the graphics card placed in the best PCIe lane? Are there any cooling concerns, such as a hot CPU or GPU?

Vanilla Minecraft or additional mods? The problem affects both singleplayer and multiplayer modes.

Both vanilla and modified versions show stuttering, and I experience it in both single-player and multiplayer modes.

Interestingly, the timing seems fine. I can share a game with you using MSI Afterburner Open.

It seems the game's performance varies unexpectedly across different settings and devices. Even with adjustments, the frame rate fluctuates, and system reports don't always reflect real issues. It might be a display issue rather than a game problem.
