I've discovered Godrays in SSE work well, no problems at high settings compared to FO4. I'm using V-sync off and capping frame rate at 90, everything smooth except shadow distance when things are intense. Performance stays around 50-90 FPS (about 70 on average), dropping near 50 when there are many enemies or spells visible, not due to Godrays. Playing with Noble Skyrim in HD and SMIM.

It seems like the person is pointing out a clear issue with the installation process.

It looks like you're saying something about a possibility.
