I consistently experience significantly delayed loading times and noticeable stuttering when attempting to launch games. Despite troubleshooting, including replacing my RAM, testing with a single RAM stick, updating my graphics card drivers, and performing a complete Windows reinstallation on my primary SSD (including formatting both drives), the issue persists. My Nvidia graphics card is detected and utilized within the 3D settings, indicating that the problem isn’t related to integrated graphics. I would appreciate any suggestions for resolving this issue.

Are the memory chips operating at their advertised speeds using XMP? Has the motherboard’s firmware been updated? Are all power connectors to the motherboard and graphics cards securely connected? Are the RAM modules installed in the correct dual-channel slots?

Honestly, you haven’t mentioned what motherboard model you’re using or which component you upgraded. It's possible this could have resulted in a performance reduction.
