I've got an AMD FX 8350 with 32GB RAM, 1800MB storage, and a GTX 1070 FE. When I play Minecraft Bedrock Edition with the Vanilla BD texture pack, my system runs smoothly. However, my two friends have Intel i7 and i5 processors with RX 3070 graphics and 12th gen CPUs, using Z590 motherboards. Their PCs slow down to around 6 frames per second, and we don't know why.

You might want to understand why using a low-end CPU like the 1070 can be beneficial under certain conditions.
