PC Specifications: Graphics card GTX 1060 6GB CPU i7-4770 3.8GHz RAM: two 4GB DDR3 modules Resolution 1920x1080 Driver version 416.16 I've noticed benchmark clips on YouTube with similar configurations achieving 70-90fps in GTA V using ultra settings, but my frame rate stays between 30-45fps. GPU utilization ranges 80-99% most of the time while CPU sits around 70%.

Based on my observations, a 1060 model typically runs smoothly at about 50-60 frames per second during GTA V at high settings in 1080p resolution. Ultra settings usually push it higher, around 70-90 fps.

Identical configurations used in the videos work well for me. Temperatures remain stable at 68-72°C for the CPU and 68-75°C for the GPU.

Do you have an HDD or SSD? Occasionally HDD failure can be challenging.

Avoid reinstalling Windows from scratch by adjusting malware detection settings. Check if any threats are detected, as certain malware may consume CPU or GPU resources unnoticed while using RAM.
