It seems the issue started unexpectedly. It only slows down in the city and when I need police attention or hit civilians, it becomes unstable. This problem doesn’t occur on my 1650 max Q laptop. Info: MSI Radeon RX Vega 64 Air Boost 8G OC, GSKILL Ripjaw 16GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM, R5 1600 OC to 3.8Gb/s, B450M DS3H motherboard. I used these settings with normal gameplay.
Your RAM might be too slow depending on your system's requirements and usage patterns.
When the kit was rated at 3200, it would maintain that speed using a dcop profile. A rating of 2133 wouldn’t result in that boost. The only method to achieve higher clocks is through manual OC adjustments.
He hasn't specified if his RAM is 2133mhz or if it operates at that frequency, though higher-speed modules might run there by default. It's clear that manual overclocking is needed only if it's rated for 2133, otherwise DOCP could work.
Attempted to boost clock speed to 3200 MHz but results were poor. Consider checking if your PC requires repairs or fixes. Resetting to 2133 MHz seems like a safer option for your system. (GSKill Ripjaw 16GB DDR4 at 2133 MHz)
