He bought a computer last summer and it’s working fine so far. When we attempt to play GTA V, the frame rate drops dramatically to just 1-2 frames, while the system barely uses any power. In tests, it consistently hits 120-140 fps. Problems appear only when in a car or during a phone call, whether playing solo or online. I’ve been checking settings and troubleshooting for hours but haven’t found a solution. The machine has an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with 8 cores, 32GB RAM at 3000MHz, and a GTX 1660 Super with 6GB VRAM.

No, I haven't reinstalled the whole game. Is your CPU or GPU experiencing thermal throttling?
