I'm seeing 30 frames per second underwater while descending, but 60 fps when ascending and looking at the shore. The part you shared looks like a component picker page.

Maybe I'm mistaken since I can't see the game directly. Could there be a water option in the Advanced Graphics settings? Please adjust it if needed. Also, is V-Sync available?

I'm facing the same issue, though it's not as severe in terms of impact. Usually I get about 40-50 frames per second.

Yes, you can still use V-Sync even if you're seeing 30 FPS. Adjusting your settings or using a different resolution might help achieve smoother performance.

Turn it off and the drop will be gentler.

I believe this scene could fit the grass environment, with lots of underwater plants and performance issues similar to the northern area of Los Santos.

Disable VSync in the game, navigate to the NVIDIA Control Panel, adjust global settings, enable Adaptive VSync. This prevents dropping to 30 FPS whenever the frame rate falls below 60.
