This might be the issue. What is your monitor's refresh rate? If you can't maintain the frames at that speed when VSync is active, you'll experience stuttering. With an NVIDIA card, consider using adaptive VSync via the NVIDIA control panel. You could also limit your frame rate and turn off VSync, which might help. I use NVIDIA Inspector to cap my frame rate. Many people rely on Mis Afterburner with Rivatuner as well.

I identified the issue. I had too much VRAM usage. I didn’t realize the RAM mirrored during SLI mode. I thought it was doubling and the game needed 6.8GB, but it wasn’t available.
