Playing games on RTX 3050 at full resolution with slight blurring.
I have done all of that, but i can't find for Fortnite and Shadow of Tomb Raider. This things helped a lot but i have found a problem. It is a TV settings that don't work with Nvidia. When i turn of PC mode and and high prescan image became much sharper. There is a problem when i turn of PC mode, picture became streched so i turned PTP and picture fit to screen now. I will try to find best settings but i work in 3th shift so i dont have time now. I will also try with ''Overide'' settings and disabling optimization and what work best. In overide there is also another option ''System, System Enhanced and application'' what is the best?

Update on the subject, after installing a new motherboard and enabling the 'Resize Bar' feature, the picture quality has significantly improved. Previously, I experienced blurry images during Windows boot and a blurry Asus logo. The issue persisted even with the new motherboard. Once the Resize bar was activated, the logo appeared sharp and clear. It seems a BIOS update might be necessary since my original motherboard is outdated. All other aspects remain unchanged. I'm still using PCIe Gen 3, but this change appears to be the root cause of the problem.
Update on the subject, unclear picture can also stem from TV color support settings. The RGB color isn't showing on my TV, but the image remains blurry. This might be related to the refresh rate. I adjusted it in the control panel, and finally the display looks similar to what AMD GPU produces. I recall seeing a format like 'YCbCr422' in Adrenaline, and the Nvidia control panel mentions issues with RGB and refresh rate.
I understand this discussion is from the past, but I managed to fix the issue. I’m happy to share my experience. With a new TV like the TCL C645, the blurriness disappeared, and turning on the resizable bar helped too.
Problem Solved CSM refers to an old boot process that causes image blurriness in games. It should be turned off for newer GPUs, which is an option in the BIOS settings. While searching for a fix, many complaints about blurry images were shared, but no one discussed available boot settings.
