I'll gather some actual data for you. You can check benchmark results for that GPU and pair it with your CPU. This gives a clear picture of performance. You might also explore free games to test how they run on your system. Back in 2005, an Intel HD 630 in a Linux laptop could handle Minecraft at 60 FPS with medium settings—though newer GPUs still outperform what you have. Just look up some benchmarks and try a few titles to see how your machine performs.
You can search online databases or industry reports for benchmarks. Look beyond the video and explore official sources.
Sure, I can help with that. Are you looking for a way to view specific games on the site, or do you need recommendations for similar platforms?
I have gamed on a mac, it's definitely possible but with intel integrated graphics or a Nvida 320m don't expect too much in the way of frame rate or quality. That being said a lot of games will run fine, like portal etc. There is a thing called GeForce Now that's really good, but in anywhere other then the US of A it requires approval onto the beta program, it also needs a 25 mb/s internet connection, but is a good experience.
Light games perform well on any slow computer, but keep an eye on temperatures and consider an external cooler if they exceed 90 degrees.
