i encountered overheating warnings because of older CPUs that use static overclocks. This issue might still occur on newer chips if they support static overclocking depending on the settings. For example, my e8400 at 4.4ghz runs well under 80°C but crashes above 85-90°C since it struggles to maintain performance at those temperatures. The CPU can’t handle the required speed and heat, so throttling kicks in even without obvious signs. On newer systems with auto settings, this shouldn’t happen unless you push the CPU beyond safe limits. You should disable XMP in BIOS or adjust settings to default values, and ensure all RAM works properly. If tweaks help, run MemTest86 and Prime95 to check for stability issues. If problems persist despite those steps, your Windows might be damaged and will need a fresh install.

Visit the official site for details. Your system is running an outdated BIOS that doesn't fully back up 14th-gen CPUs.

There isn't a clear reference to support any final judgment.

I've turned off XMP and adjusted the core ratios, which has improved performance. Are there more optimal configurations available? These settings seem mainly for troubleshooting. I'll update my BIOS later tonight. @191x7

Post-bios upgrade, running XMP should work smoothly. Confirm if you need further details.

I understand it's late. Have you considered reducing your CPU power consumption to around 253W as recommended in the whitepaper? Using a free limit on the mainboard manufacturer BIOS can lead to issues and overheating.

I'm still not back home, yet I saw I mistakenly sent you the incorrect motherboard. Sorry, it's actually the MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI. My BIOS is now at version 7D91vHA. @Somerandomtechyboi

Remove the CPU configuration and check performance under load. If it stalls, restore settings and test with XMP. If both CPU and RAM fail, consider throttling or undervolting. It seems cooling is the main issue—power limiting might help.
