The PC is an HP Pavilion 690-00xx with a Ryxen 5 processor, 2400g RAM, and an 8GB 126bit PCI-E4 graphics card. It runs Windows 10, has 950GB internal storage and a 2TB external Seagate hard drive for the game. It performs well for one or three days before restarting, after which it loads the main screen and fails to function properly. A factory reset is needed to restore normal operation. Previous users, including kids, have experienced game crashes on this setup. Steam and Palworld are currently installed.
It seems there might be an issue with storage. Have you considered trying another SSD?
I’m not very familiar with computers, so I don’t understand much about them. My coworker suggested asking here because he was confused. Consider using a different internal storage or remove the external SSD waiting on Amazon to deliver a new one. Edited August 30, 2024 by WiloXD
