You have an Intel HD 3000 graphics card, an i5-2510m CPU with boost up to 2.9 GHz base clock at 2.3 GHz, and 4 GB of DDR3 RAM. You're looking to achieve around 30 FPS in games despite these specs, focusing on stability rather than visual quality.
You can test it out yourself because it's free, though I wouldn't anticipate a fully functional experience.
I've tested it several times and it doesn't function properly, even after adjusting the resolution to 12.5% in the log file—it still froze.
12% resolution is already so low you shouldn't be unable to run it. black bars won'T help and you can't "download more ram" you either have the hardware or you don'T there is no magic sauce that will make it run better. fortnite =/= pubg it wasn'T coded by baboons you can'T expect it to get better (not that PUBG actually got better)
