You're considering Dragon Age: Inquisition, but haven't tried Origins or 2 yet. It's a big decision—will it be worth it for you?

I've started playing without any background and discovered that even though I don't always understand certain references (like character names from DA: Keep), the game is really enjoyable. - Sam

I competed alone, and my performance remains impressive. You don’t need to understand any specific links.

I enjoyed every one of the three Mass Effects games, finding them similar to Mass Effect. Since Bioware creates both, it makes sense.

Completely different, that is from the vague memories of ME3. DA:I is like a Single Player MMO, in a good way. HEAPS of quests (Some are boring as hell, some are amazing) and large areas to explore. The game is just amazing - Samo PS: Don't stay in the Hinterlands to long or else you'll hate the game, go to another location when you can!

I didn't have the chance to play DA 1 and 2, but I reviewed some videos about the storyline and understood most of it. The content became too repetitive for me. Still, I considered it a decent game overall. It might have been improved if the experience had been open world rather than multi-regional.

It includes a few narrative choices from Da1 and 2, but nothing that causes confusion. It simply praises the story.

It seems like you're finding the videos monotonous. Would you like to explore something new or different?

I completed that task. Visit the Dragon Age wikia for full details. You might also want to try playing DA 1 & 2 because Inquisition is a great game.

Absolutely, step away from the remote areas whenever possible. I missed it a lot.
