I adjusted the cap but still face low FPS. What method can I use to assign all threads?

Adjust the launch settings to high with 12 threads, though results may vary

It didn't make a significant difference either.

I believed the source could only handle one central processor.

Yes, I've looked into lowering the settings.

Listen, CS:GO was built using a game engine from 2003, which explains why it feels so dated today. It struggles with modern hardware, often dropping to inconsistent frame rates—sometimes 500fps, other times just 140fps or less. This isn’t a problem with your setup; it’s a software limitation. The engine wasn’t designed for such powerful machines, and instead of improving linearly, performance actually degrades. Right now, the only solution is to wait for Valve to release an updated port for Source 2, which would properly support the latest hardware. By then, I don’t think it will happen.
