Hello! I just bought a new PC with an RTX 3060ti and a Ryzen 7 5700x, but my games still run at 50-60 frames per second. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Ehh... so I guess those guys only checked the 750W part. Can't really blame them for that; I think a power supply's quality can only be checked with real tests. The label isn't everything, and sometimes it even lies wrong. The second stick should go in B1. Please swap that out. You got A1 right though. 120GB works fine, but you need to keep fewer apps open while using it—except of course the computer itself. It can be annoying if you just want to plug it in and forget about it.

do we have all the details on what hardware is used? like which power supply unit it came with, did you just start over with a new operating system, or are you using an older version of the BIOS?

My PC has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060Ti GPU, a Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, two 8GB sticks of RAM running at 2400MHz, and an Asus Prime B550M-A motherboard. It gets power from a Gamdias 80 Kratos M1-750B power supply with a Bronze rating. Yes, I just reset the computer to fresh OS settings and updated the BIOS on the newest version.

The memory kit is too slow for my Ryzen system, especially if you want good performance. The 5800X 3D is the only chip that doesn't care about RAM speed and can handle lower speeds. I think a 3600 kit would be better suited here. Also, your power supply unit (PSU) seems to be in bad shape. There aren't any reviews I found for this specific PSU, but it's rated as low-quality. You should be using something like a Tier B or higher PSU instead. Since I'm not an expert on PSUs and just following general advice from review sites and lists, those two things might actually be related to why your system is slow. Did you forget to mention that your hard drives are also included in the setup?

I own a 120GB green SSD for my computer and a 3TB hard drive for extra things. People told me that the power supply is okay.

I ran a test on that link and it said I should be all good, but the game didn't start up.

A 120GB hard drive isn't big enough for a C drive - most people need more space. If you fill it up too much, your computer gets slow and everything else slows down too. You can easily go over 80% of the capacity on those drives. Are you sure about A1 and B1? Who is that supposed to mean? It scares me when everyone says this...

Ehh... I think these guys only looked at the 750w part. You can't blame them for that; PSU quality can only be tested by running real tests. Labels don't show the full picture, sometimes they even lie. The second stick needs to go in B1. Change it. But you got A1 right there! 120GB is doable, though it's annoying if you just plug it in and forget about it. You'd better keep programs off the drive unless your OS has to be on it too.
