So yeah while I wait for my DisplayPort to HDMI converter I am stuck at 1080P, so I have the choice of playing at 60Hz or 120Hz, 60Hz make things more clear but obviously its 60Hz so a lower refresh rate, 120Hz makes things a bit fuzzy but makes things smoother, what do you think? and yes almost all my games run at above 60FPS.

It depends on the game. For a single-player experience, it's 60Hz. In competitive FPS or multiplayer, it's 120Hz.

It varies by game. For CSGO go with 144Hz, and for Civ 5 aim for 60fps.

I choose 60Hz but as a TMG I might jump to 10320x1440 at 75 or 120Hz later.

120hz performs better. I adjusted the settings in Overwatch to shift the FPS, and I saw a clear improvement, especially at higher FPS levels. It works well in single-player games, particularly open-world titles.

144hz is the standard, but if you must pick, go with 120hz—it works for all games, not just the best ones. It makes every game smoother, no matter what you're playing.

It's because 120 Hz represents a lower frequency range, making it feel fuzzy or less sharp. This isn't about resolution per se but about the sound's character at that specific pitch.
