Download Realtemp to keep track of your GPU and CPU temperatures... Still can’t figure out why your game is performing such low FPS on your system. Do you have any additional titles you’d like to test?

This processor isn't underpowered; I can maintain a consistent 40 FPS in Fallout 4 using my 750k, and the 6300 performs better than my current CPU.

Your other titles perform adequately. The FX-6300 should handle Fallout 4 smoothly at 30-40 frames per second, even with the PS4's lower-end 1.6 GHz processors.

On your FX 8350 and 7970, the game runs smoothly at about 60 frames per second with all high settings at 1080p resolution.
