Are you aware of the additional hardware some streamers use beyond a 1070? The CPU might be the main component, but a 4790k offers strong performance; extra cores could be beneficial.

It seems their processor is operating at about 70% capacity, while the GPU is running around 25-35%.

Did you capture your screen captures during the broadcast? Their display is at 70% due to streaming and gameplay. I’d like to check their CPU options.
