Well unless it ends up with tons of data, which even online streaming doesn't handle, it wouldn't be meusurably unless your internet speed is under 3MBPS.

Try playing League of Legends or another Blizzard title. Most Steam titles will either pause downloads or reduce speed unless you adjust the settings.
