I've built a powerful setup with a high-end PC running Gen 11 i7-3200Gb RAM, 32GB memory, dual M.2 drives offering 3500Mb/s, a 6W drive array, and a GTX 3060 Ti GPU. Streaming content is smooth on Plex, and the NVIDIA TV shield delivers great quality. Playing 4K on phones, tablets, or browsers works well without buffering. The task manager shows CPU usage at 100% while GPU stays at full capacity. Disk sizes are comparable—like a 100GB drive for a 100GB MKV file. I recently got a Samsung M.2 drive for Windows with 7000Mb/s and another M.2 drive with 5000Mb/s for handling large 4K files. Any suggestions? Your equipment seems new, so it should handle this well.

Possible issue detected during conversion. Viewing 4K on non-4K screens forces the system to downscale the video. This likely explains the high usage levels.
