I frequently use headphones when gaming with Discord running. Each time I play, anyone on my team receives both my voice chat and all of the game audio. I’ve attempted to modify/reset Discord's voice configurations, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve researched online without finding a solution, and I’ve also examined the Windows (10) sound settings unsuccessfully. Any assistance would be very welcome!

I also possess audio output devices. I utilize headphones within Windows during playback.

There may be interference. Perhaps your microphone is overly sensitive, causing the phone calls to capture each other’s audio.
