I understand it's not ideal to use a controller for PC games, but sometimes switching to your joystick works fine. However, when you select settings or something, it jumps to another menu and then the Group chat appears. Pressing B during play takes you straight to the quick play options and similar features, just like I usually do. I tried a tester from Microsoft and it confirmed all buttons are correct. After resetting the game options in-game, it still behaves strangely. I reinstalled the game but the issue persists. Could someone please assist me?
However, in Skyrim the controller functions properly. I recently tested it and confirmed it works.
