It seems there may be a connection problem. For Bluetooth, interference or a faulty module could be the cause. With wired connections, a damaged or loose USB cable might occasionally disrupt data transmission. Software issues could also delay processes in the chain, such as at the Bluetooth stack, XInput wrapper, or XInput itself. Try disabling any background apps that might interfere and observe if the issue continues. I haven’t experienced this myself, but these are my recommendations for resolving it.
