It seems I might have overburdened the CPU. The server is indicating insufficient resources. Be mindful of what else you're running while managing the server.

The machine is operating under heavy CPU usage, around 70-90%, with 2.95GB of memory and one player connected to the server. The Minecraft server is the sole active process, receiving 3GB of RAM to support Windows installation.

You were handling the issue before, and you mentioned a similar situation with a massive explosion. You were likely working intensively on the server or system during that time.

The system includes an ME setup, ducts, and a quarry, with many additional components, though those parts are the slow ones.

The CPU remains active at high levels continuously, even when idle. It's likely the same user was logged in on the same machine.

The CPU behaves similarly when no one is using the server. It seems the mods operate in the background during low activity. I’m the one accessing it, but not on the same machine.

Can it be tested on another machine? The 3570k with additional RAM would perform much better. Is that feasible?
